Terms of Use The ground rules for this site.
These terms apply when you visit or use funnelhaus.ca. They're short, and we've kept them as plain as we can.
Effective date: September 23, 2026 Last updated: September 23, 2026
01Acceptance of terms
This website is operated by Funnelhaus Digital Incorporated (BC incorporation no. BC1609059), doing business as FunnelHaus ("FunnelHaus", "we", "us"). By using the site, you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.
02Site content is informational
Everything on this site, including service descriptions, prices, budget ranges, timelines, quiz results and case studies, is general information. It isn't a binding offer or professional advice for your situation.
Any work we do for you is governed by a separate written agreement (such as a proposal, statement of work or services agreement) signed by both of us. If that agreement conflicts with anything on this site, the agreement wins.
03Intellectual property
The site's content and design, including text, graphics, logos, video, code and portfolio work, belong to Funnelhaus Digital Incorporated or to our clients and licensors, and are protected by copyright and trademark law.
You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, republish or use our content or client work for commercial purposes without our written permission. "FunnelHaus" and our logo are our trademarks. Client names and marks shown in our portfolio belong to their owners.
04Acceptable use
When using the site, please don't:
- break any law or anyone else's rights;
- try to gain unauthorized access to the site, its servers or connected systems, or interfere with how they work;
- introduce malware, or scrape, crawl or harvest the site or its data by automated means, except for standard search engine indexing;
- send spam, false information, or someone else's personal information through our forms without permission;
- pretend to be someone else, or misrepresent your connection with FunnelHaus.
We may block access for anyone who misuses the site.
05Third-party links
The site may link to or embed other websites, including client sites in our portfolio. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices. A link isn't an endorsement. Your use of other sites is subject to their own terms.
06Disclaimer of warranties
We work to keep the site accurate and available, but it's provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the site will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of viruses.
07Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, Funnelhaus Digital Incorporated and its directors, employees and contractors aren't liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of, or inability to use, the site or its content.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law. Liability for services we provide is governed by the written agreement for those services.
08Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You and FunnelHaus agree that the courts of British Columbia have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute about the site or these terms, unless the law where you live gives you a right to bring a claim in your local courts.
09Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The new version applies once it's posted here with a new "Last updated" date. If you keep using the site after that, you accept the updated terms.
